Refund Policy

All advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

If the client cancels or reschedules the event, the advance will not be refunded.

Any balance amounts paid for services not yet rendered may be adjusted at the Service Provider’s discretion.

If cancellation is due to pandemic restrictions, natural disasters, or force majeure, the advance remains non-refundable, but rescheduling may be considered subject to availability.

In case of illness or other emergencies affecting the assigned Photographer/Videographer, another qualified photographer/videographer may be substituted. If a substitution is not possible, refunds beyond the non-refundable advance will apply.

By signing the booking agreement, both parties confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and to the Terms & Conditions of ChitroKuthir Weddings.
